How does the portrait work?

After you order, you'll receive an email with a personal link and activation code. Open the link on your phone, upload a photo of your pet, and our AI creates a portrait from it. You see it straight away — and can request up to two free revisions if you'd like any adjustments.

How does the projection work?

Your phone screen powers the projection. Place your phone face-down on top of the acrylic box, and your pet's portrait is projected inside through a mirrored panel. It takes about one minute to set up.

Can I request changes to the portrait?

Yes — two free revisions are included with every order. If the portrait doesn't feel quite right, just let us know and we'll adjust it.

What if I'm not satisfied?

If the portrait doesn't feel like them, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we'll refund you in full.

How long does delivery take?

We dispatch in 3–4 working days. After that — UK delivery: typically 1–3 working days after dispatch. Europe (France, Germany, Spain and most of Western Europe): typically 3–5 working days after dispatch. All orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked, so you can follow your parcel from dispatch to doorstep.

Is the activation code one-time use?

Yes — each code is single-use. If you have any issues activating your portrait, just contact us and we'll send a new code straight away.

Is it too bright at night?

The projection uses your phone screen as a light source — soft and gentle, not overpowering. You can adjust the brightness directly through your phone settings.

What kind of photo should I send?

A clear photo where their face is visible works best. Front-facing or side-on both work well. If you're unsure, you can upload a few options and choose the result you prefer.
